Used Parts Request is owned and operated
by UAPRG (Used Auto Parts Request Group). UAPRG is
a consolidation of parts requests services that
include several major request services currently
on the internet. Each request service is different
in it's own way to provide the internet visitor
with numerous ways of locating the parts they need
to repair their vehicle.
Used Parts Request is an advertising free
website for increased functionality without the
distraction of ads. It is also a broker-free
website. All the Members of UPR are
salvage yards with a large inventory of parts.
Parts brokers are not permitted on UPR
nor are salvage yards that use annoying auto
responders. With the exception of our own
automated response, any e-mail you receive will be
from a salvage yard with a valid response to your
parts request.
Used Parts Request does not allow spamming
by our Members. Our Members are prohibited from
sending you unsolicited e-mail and prohibited from
selling your personal information to a third party
at the risk of losing our service.
Used Parts Request does not charge you,
the visitor for using our service. This is a free
service to you. The salvage yards that receive the
parts requests pay a fee to receive your requests
so that we can provide this service to you without
cost.
Used Parts Request does not publicly post
our phone number or e-mail address. You may
contact us through our contact
form via e-mail. Our phone number is not
posted to eliminate the phone calls that visitors
have made to us requesting parts. UPR
does not sell parts or buy cars. Our Members sell
parts. We understand that you want to talk to
someone regarding the parts you need, however, we
can't help you over the phone. Our parts request
form is there for you to get your request to the
salvage yards that can help you. If you need to
